Welcome to High-Quality Cleaning with Heather. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services as described on our website or social media pages. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other services as agreed upon at booking.

• All bookings must be made in advance.
   
• Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Accepted payment methods include ACH payments, credit card, check, or cash.
   
• Prices are based on the information provided. Additional charges may apply if the condition of the space requires extra time or effort.
   

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
   
• Late cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee of $75.
   

Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, it may be considered a no-show and a lockout fee will apply.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. We do not offer refunds for issues reported after this period.

We take great care while cleaning. Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear
   
• Pre-existing damage
   
• Damage caused by unstable or improperly installed items
   

For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions.

We provide our own cleaning supplies unless otherwise agreed. Clients must inform us in advance of any allergies or product preferences.

Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or non-payment.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
